- Academic requirements Engineering / Science & Technology: Minimum A in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry Minimum A- in English and History Social Sciences: Minimum A in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, Islamic/Moral Studies (or equivalent), plus 1 subject Minimum A- in Additional Mathematics, English and History

Common Questions
- Tell us about yourself Include: name, what course you would like to pursue and at which university, key achievements, personal qualities
- What are your study plans and future goals? Describe your reasons for studying abroad vs locally, your preferred university and your long-term career aspirations. You should also have an alternative plan in case you don’t receive the scholarship.
- Knowledge of MARA & current affairs Demonstrate your understanding of MARA and be prepared to explain why you chose MARA over other agencies. You should also be aware of current events, including the relevant minister and MARA’s CEO.
- Field-specific questions You should highlight the importance of your chosen field and your motivation to pursue it.
