Criteria

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Aged 19 and below (20 for transfer students)
  • In good health (no chronic illnesses)
  • Parents not blacklisted or under legal action by JPA
  • Sitting SPM for the first time
  • Not receiving other sponsorship for the same level
  • Minimum 8As in SPM (A in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and A- in English and History)
  • Must begin preparatory studies within the offered year
  • For UPNM: applicant must not be a Pegawai Kadet
